The BrizVegas Kustom Karnival is going ahead in any weather.
This is a fun-filled afternoon to enjoy all elements of Kustom Kulture - hot rods, rockabilly music, pin ups, artists, hair stylists and markets.
The event is all-ages, families are welcome and kids 15 and under are free.
The BrizVegas Kustom Karnival is an all weather event, so the party will continue in any weather.

A Word About The Weather
The BrizVegas Kustom Karnival is going ahead in any weather.
The founding idea behind the creation of the Kustom Karnival was to hold an event with most of the activities being held indoors, so the party will rock come rain or shine. The Acacia Ridge Hotel is a sprawling two-story venue with plenty of elbowroom and cool places to hang out.
The markets, bands, art show, kitten katwalk, food areas, hairdressers etc are all indoors. The main outdoor features are the hot rod parking, jumping castle and ice cream, so we have our fingers crossed for sunny weather for the fins and chrome and the kids.
In sunny weather, there will be 50 market stalls indoors and 10 outdoors.. In the event of rain the outdoor traders will also move indoors.
The first Kustom Karnival held in November was a fantastic day and the venue received a big thumbs-up from the audience. I remember we received a brief shower that morning, but it didn't dampen the turnout or anyone's spirits. The BrizVegas event had that special 'vibe' - that positive, happy feeling in the air that happens when all the right pieces click into place.

Access:
Vehicles are to enter the show off the Beaudesert Road
driveway entry.
The hot rod display is in the main car park facing the side balcony area of the hotel.
The main display area has room for approximately
80 vehicles, plus additional space for public parking.
There is no judging or trophies, this is a relaxed, social gathering.
All people in vehicles pay $20 entry (kids under 15 enter free). There is no additional fee for your motor vehicle.

The BrizVegas Kustom Karnival is approved with an ASRF Travel Concession number TC 265-01-2013.
Kitten Katwalk
Pinups, fashion followers and those dressed to thrill are invited to strut their stuff on stage for the BrizVegas Kitten Katwalk. The parade will be staged at 2.45pm and gals are welcome to show vintage, retro or custom creations.
The parade is being hosted by the lovely Miss Kitten Darling, who will show you how to register on the day and be part of the parade.
The Kitten Katwalk is a fun, relaxed event and a great way to showcase our gorgeous rockabilly fashions.

The BrizVegas Kustom Karnival will be held at the sprawling Acacia Ridge Hotel on 1386 Beaudesert Road.
This huge venue features
- live bands and dancing on downstairs level
- an indoor market village, air conditioned and licensed on upstairs level
- a breezy outdoor balcony overlooking the hot rod display
- a lowbrow artist retro den on downstairs level
- a tasty bistro
